Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, utilizing validated clinical tools and comprehensive interviews to create tailored treatment plans for each client’s specific needs.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients’ recovery and resilience.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice at all times.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings to continually refine treatment approaches and share best practices.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and resources necessary to understand and navigate mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, helping them to achieve personal growth and stable mental health through individualized support and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Theoretical and practical understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and the ability to develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for the establishment of strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience\n
