Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine clients’ mental health status and substance abuse history, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that address both mental health and substance use issues, integrating evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing online tools and resources to effectively engage clients remotely, as well as leading group therapy sessions to foster a sense of community.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate care plans and ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Offer psychoeducation and support to clients' families, equipping them with tools to participate in the recovery process and enhance their loved ones' journey towards health.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, adhering to regulatory requirements and ethical standards, thus ensuring high-quality care and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues and substance abuse disorders. Our client population often includes young adults and adults seeking help in overcoming addiction and managing co-occurring mental health conditions. You will play a pivotal role in guiding these individuals towards recovery and empowered living through customized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field; additional advanced degrees such as a Master’s or Doctorate are strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in telehealth delivery methods and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms to facilitate engaging remote sessions.
