Key Responsibilities Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients through secure video chat sessions. Employ a range of solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs. Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, adapting strategies as required based on client progress. Assist clients in gaining insight into their emotions, past experiences, and relationships. Monitor client progress and actively support the development of healthy coping mechanisms. Participate in regular team consultations to enhance treatment approaches and share best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. These may include anxiety, depression, stress management, and other issues that benefit from therapeutic support. As you serve this population, your expertise will play a critical role in helping clients build resilience and improve their overall quality of life. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. A valid license to practice independently without supervision, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions against your professional record. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to a compassionate, client-centered approach. Proficiency in using technology and comfort with a variety of digital tools. Preferred Experience While we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, we prefer candidates with substantial experience in therapeutic settings, particularly those who have previously worked with adult populations. Experience working in telehealth settings will also be advantageous, as will familiarity with therapeutic platforms and documentation standards.
