Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Resole Your Life Health Care, your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to assist clients in enhancing their mental health. Facilitating discussions that allow clients to explore their emotions and life experiences, thereby fostering self-insight and understanding of their personal relationships. Serving as an advocate for your clients, supporting them in defining and achieving their personal goals. Performing comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, and collaboratively developing and implementing effective treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients are prescreened, stable individuals who present with low acuity mental health issues. This ensures that you will be working with clients who are ready for therapeutic engagement and who will benefit greatly from your professional insights and guidance. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. An independent license, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), issued by the state board (limited or provisional licenses are not accepted). Demonstrated ability to make clinical evaluations, develop treatment plans, and recommend suitable interventions. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor. Proficiency in computer systems and digital tools, essential for client management and documentation. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, experience in diverse therapeutic modalities or specific populations can enhance your application. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices in virtual counseling is a plus.
