Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each unique situation.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, ensuring interventions are suited to the specific needs of individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, such as case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, facilitating enhanced treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute psychological distress, employing your clinical skills to stabilize situations and ensure safety.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at reducing mental health stigma and increasing community engagement, hosting workshops or webinars to raise awareness.

Qualifications\n

• A current, independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients of various backgrounds.

• Demonstrable cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the nuanced psychological dynamics related to different ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic groups.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail necessary for managing clinical documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous work experience in a community mental health setting or with telehealth delivery models preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
