Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries during interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions to review clients' progress, stability, and discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate service plans.

Qualifications\n
