Workday Talent & Recruiting Lead (Remote)

job summary:
We are seeking a Workday Talent & Recruiting Lead to guide the design, configuration, and implementation of core Workday applications. In this role, you will serve as the lead solution contact, driving functional excellence across Workday Talent Management, HCM, and Absence Management modules within an enterprise application managed services environment.

responsibilities:

• Lead functional and technical architecture, configuration, and build activities for Workday Talent Management and Recruiting modules.
• Act as the lead point of contact for system configurations, business process updates, and operational support.
• Maintain and optimize Workday HCM and Absence Management features to align with business requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional technical teams to deliver stable, scalable SaaS application support.

qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of dedicated expertise in Workday Talent Management.

5+ years of hands-on technical configuration experience with Workday HCM and Workday Absence Management.

Strong ability to lead application design efforts and serve as the main liaison for system stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in a fully remote 40-hour per week schedule.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Workday Leave of Absence Specialist expertise.

Proven experience in enterprise-level Application Managed Services (AMS).

US Citizen or Green Card holder preferred.
