Clean Room Inspector
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Wage: $20.25 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), Monday through Friday
Requirements: Background check and drug test required

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clean Room Inspector to join our team. This role primarily involves sitting and inspecting small rubber parts, such as O-rings, under a microscope for imperfections. The position demands precision and attention to detail, as well as a strong background in clean room environments, quality control, and medical device assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect small rubber parts (O-rings) for defects and imperfections using a microscope.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards in a clean room setting.
• Perform data entry and retrieve files as needed using basic computer skills.
• Handle occasional shipping duties.
• Maintain focus and accuracy during inspections, working independently.
• Ability to listen to music with one ear while performing work duties (with headphones).

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in clean room inspections, medical device assembly, or quality control required.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time while performing inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in inspecting parts.
• Must have basic computer skills, including data entry and file retrieval.
• Experience with microscopes and familiarity with small part inspection.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Job longevity is preferred, indicating a reliable work history.
