Project Manager

Location: Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area (Full-time, On-site) The Fox Group is a nationally recognized, full-service residential design and construction firm specializing in classic, fine homes. We manage projects from concept through completion, delivering tailored, high-quality residences that reflect each client’s vision and lifestyle. We are looking for a seasoned construction professional with a strong background in high-end custom residential construction to join our team. We need someone who takes ownership of their projects, communicates exceptionally well, and values the quality, craftsmanship, and details that make a home extraordinary. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership of trades, schedules, budgets, and project teams from initial planning through final inspection. Manage day-to-day logistics, including expediting materials, coordinating vendors, and allocating on-site resources to keep projects moving efficiently. Conduct regular site visits with a meticulous eye for craftsmanship, ensuring all work meets our quality standards, plans, and building codes. Maintain exceptional, clear communication with clients and internal design teams to ensure all expectations are met and documented. Take as much pride in the finished home and the client experience as we do. Qualifications Proven experience managing high-end custom residential construction or architectural projects. Exceptional organization, communication, and management skills. A strong background in logistics management and expediting materials. Proficiency with project management software, Bluebeam, and basic office productivity tools. Bonus: Expertise in and appreciation for classical and colonial design principles.
