ServiceNow Senior Manager

Our client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Manager for their Washington, DC/Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements workshops and design discussions for SPM projects, consulting on both ServiceNow and SPM best practices.
• Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development.
• Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.
• Fulfill Projects technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers.
• Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices.
• Understand how the technologies available can be used to solve the business problem.
• Understand what frameworks, platform application, or technical stack can be used to create a solution.
• Understand how the ServiceNow application will look, what modules will be in scope, and how they will interact with each other
• Understand how the ServiceNow digital solution will scale in the future and how it will be supported.
• Develops complex technical solutions
• Provides peer review for completed work
• Ability to define the Risk vs. Value Proposition for third party integrations with ServiceNow
• Ability to clearly define for stakeholders how Governance works with respect to the platform and how it works with respect to the project.
• Ability to clearly support Organizational Change Management
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of Customer needs and requirements.
• Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed.
• Lead, educate, mentor and develop resources who are assigned to his/her projects.
• Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.
• Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project.

Requirements:

• 7+ years working on the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of experience in the SPM domain
• Participated in 20+ ServiceNow implementations across various disciplines.
• 4+ years of architecting solutions in the ServiceNow platform
• Certification
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer
• SPM CIS Certifications
• Certified Technical Architect (Preferred)
• Proven experience in 2 additional product lines outside of SPM
• Has a high-level of understanding in scripting and app development, including familiarity with web services, API's and mobile application design.
