As a Wine Consultant, you will provide advice and support to customers in a retail and online sales environment. Your role involves offering product knowledge, assisting with inventory management, and supporting sales efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success. Requiring part-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to recommend wines based on preferences and occasions
- Maintain and share in-depth product knowledge of various wines
- Assist staff with inventory management tasks to ensure stock accuracy
- Support sales activities in both retail store and online settings
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in wine sales or alcohol industry
- Product knowledge of wines and spirits
- Excellent customer service and sales techniques
- Experience with inventory management
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to collaborate well within a team
