Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 - East Waterfront Drive, Homestead

Overview The position of Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 is at Fine Wine & Good Spirits, East Waterfront Drive in Homestead. You will help ensure smooth store operations, deliver customer service, and work with the General Manager to lead, motivate, and develop a team, drive sales, and maintain high standards of store presentation. Responsibilities Store Operations: Oversee store activity during shifts and ensure procedures are followed Team Leadership: Lead staff by assigning tasks, reviewing work, and supporting daily goals Customer Support: Assist shoppers, answer questions, and resolve concerns to maintain a positive experience Sales Assistance: Stock products, receive shipments, and help customers find items Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate stock levels and keep product displays organized Policy Compliance: Follow all laws and procedures for proper handling of alcohol sales Work Schedule and Additional Information Free - Secure - Onsite Parking Full-time employment Work hours total 75 hours biweekly Telework: Not available for this position Salary: Starting salary may be non-negotiable in some cases Application communications will be sent via email; check spam/junk folders Qualifications Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or Liquor Store General Manager 1A; or two years as Liquor Store Clerk 2; or two years of lead retail sales work Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement and be able to perform essential job functions Legal Requirements: Pass a background investigation.
