POSITION SUMMARY

As a TWOPAGES Design Consultant, your primary mission is delivering our online Design Consult Service (DCS): studying customers' room photos and turning them into complete, personalized window treatment plans that customers can order with confidence. You will also bring DCS to life in our showroom - welcoming customers who started their journey online, and introducing walk‑in customers to the service. One designer, one standard of expertise, across every channel.

WORK ACTIVITIES AND TASKS

Design Consult Service (DCS) - Online Design Plans (Primary Focus) Own incoming DCS requests from twopagescurtains.com and the dcs@ inbox: review each customer's room photos, rough sizes, lifestyle and style preferences. Produce complete, ready-to-order written design plans - fabric and color selections, header styles, linings, hardware, motorization options, exact ordering dimensions and an itemized quote - within the 1-2 business day service commitment. Pair every plan with free fabric swatch recommendations and guide customers to confirm dimensions through the free Zoom Measuring Consult. Conduct live virtual (Zoom) design consultations for customers who prefer a face‑to‑face session online. Follow up on delivered plans by email and phone to answer questions, refine recommendations and convert plans into orders; meet plan‑turnaround, plan‑to‑order conversion and customer satisfaction goals. Showroom Design Consultation & Sales Provide expert design guidance to by‑appointment and walk‑in customers, bringing their online DCS plans to life in person – reviewing fabrics, confirming specifications and completing orders. Introduce walk‑in customers to DCS and other online services: register design requests, initiate free swatch mailings, and schedule Zoom Measuring Consults. Clearly communicate the benefits and options of TWOPAGES custom products to give expert solutions on every customer project. Drive sales across online and showroom channels, maintain a healthy pipeline, and achieve sales goals; nurture assigned leads and develop new Consumer and Trade opportunities. Capture customer and project information accurately in company systems so online and offline teams share one view of every customer. Customer Experience & Team Support Act as a customer advocate, ensuring needs and concerns are addressed throughout the design, ordering, production, delivery and installation process. Proactively resolve scheduling, delivery or installation issues in coordination with headquarters support, production and third‑party measure & install partners, including cross‑time‑zone communication where needed. Be a brand ambassador in every customer interaction and within your local market. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current on products, fabrics and tools. Showroom Operations Help manage daily showroom operations to keep a clean, inviting and fully functional environment. Maintain the fabric swatch library and customization displays (header styles, linings, motorization demos) so every option customers see online can be experienced in person. Play an active role in merchandising updates, product launches and showroom design enhancements. Local Trade & Community Development Develop and maintain relationships with local interior designers, architects, contractors and realtors; tailor consultations and trade‑program benefits to their needs. Represent TWOPAGES at local trade and community events to build brand awareness in the market.

Technical Proficiency: efficient with e‑commerce and CRM tools (Shopify POS / CRM system - TBD), video conferencing and standard office software. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 3-5 years in interior design, high‑end retail, sales or customer service with a focus on premium customer experience; window treatment or home furnishings experience strongly preferred. Portfolio: examples of design work or customer projects preferred. Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
