Customer Service Rep (Remote Optional)

Overview Large wholesale company is currently hiring several Customer Service Representatives. This is a full time position Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Working remote from home is optional. The company provides benefits after a short probationary period. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from retailers who would like to make a purchase. Answer basic questions regarding clothing and accessories and assist customers in navigating the company website. Input purchase orders into the system and ensure all information is accurate. Accept payment over the phone; submit requests for refunds, exchanges, etc. Assist buyers with questions regarding tracking shipments, order delays, or receiving incorrect or damaged merchandise. Qualifications Experience as a call center customer service agent, receptionist, or client intake coordinator accustomed to talking to business clients over the phone. Friendly, outgoing demeanor with the ability to perform data entry while taking purchase orders over the phone.
