Customer Service Rep (Work From Home)

Job Title

Daily Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with members
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Conduct virtual benefit presentations for union members
• Explain available programs clearly and professionally
• Assist with completing applications and required paperwork
• Maintain accurate records and follow quality standards
• Use basic computer systems to manage client information
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
• Positive attitude with strong energy and professionalism
• Comfortable interacting with individuals and groups
• Able to maintain strong customer relations
• Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Comfortable working with all levels of management and team members
• Team-oriented and coachable
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
