Lead Commercial Proposals Manager

Leading the proposal development for GE Steam Power Nuclear projects, the full-time remote Lead Commercial Proposals Manager will manage contract structuring, negotiation, and commercial risk while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Key responsibilities Own and drive the commercial strategy for Steam Power Nuclear deals from tender through project handover Develop proposals, including scoping, costing, risk analysis, and contract negotiation Act as the lead commercial authority, providing guidance on commercial risk and opportunity development Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in a Sales/Commercial function or a high school diploma/equivalent with 6 years of experience in a Sales/Commercial function Experience working in cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Engineering Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze financial and commercial data for decision-making Demonstrated experience in managing complex workflows in a matrix environment
