Email Marketing Manager

Must be available to work an Eastern Time schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Job Description We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Integrated Campaign Manager to support the Channel Marketing team on a 6 month contract. This is a backfill opportunity focused on managing integrated marketing campaigns with a heavy emphasis on project management, campaign execution, and cross functional coordination across Email, Direct Mail, and lifecycle marketing programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping complex campaigns on track, partnering across multiple teams, and driving flawless execution from planning through launch. Responsibilities Manage integrated campaign workbacks for Winback and lifecycle marketing initiatives across Email, Direct Mail, and related channels Own campaign schedules, milestones, dependencies, approvals, and launch readiness Coordinate cross functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Brand, Legal, Product, Operations, Analytics, Finance, vendors, and fulfillment partners Support campaign execution including asset coordination, documentation, URLs, tracking parameters, approvals, and deployment readiness Manage campaign documentation, trackers, timelines, and project status updates Coordinate creative reviews, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and ensure timely delivery of final assets Partner with operations teams on QA, proofing, auditing, and validation of customer facing campaigns Track campaign risks, elevate issues early, and keep projects moving toward launch Support vendor communication, fulfillment coordination, invoice and PO tracking, and operational follow up Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve future execution and operational efficiency Qualifications 4+ years of marketing experience focused on campaign execution and project management 3+ years managing integrated, cross functional marketing campaigns Hands on Email marketing experience is required Experience supporting Direct Mail or other direct response marketing campaigns Strong experience managing complex project timelines with multiple stakeholders Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail with experience supporting campaign QA and launch readiness Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in lifecycle, retention, winback, subscription, or direct response marketing Experience supporting both digital and print marketing campaigns Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Experience with Monday.com, Workfront, or similar workflow tools Experience with campaign reporting, QA, or marketing operations Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe reporting, or similar analytics platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
