Lab Project Associate II

Lab Project Associate II at Thermo Fisher Scientific performs clinical laboratory testing across various studies and therapeutic areas. Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical laboratory testing including serology, pregnancy, urinalysis, and rapid testing per protocols
• Perform quality control, assurance, and proficiency testing with accurate documentation and result reporting
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, environmental controls, freezer logs, and temperature records
• Prepare and coordinate sample shipments with proper labeling, packing, and courier documentation
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, GCLP guidelines, and company standard operating procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant formal qualification or certificate
• Approximately 4 years of related laboratory or clinical experience
• Medical terminology knowledge and vital signs assessment capability
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and FDA regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills managing multiple studies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
