Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Transportation & Distribution Staffing Spectra360 recently opened our newest branch in Woodbridge, New Jersey and we're looking for an experienced, energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build and grow our presence in the Northeast. We specialize in staffing solutions for the Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Logistics, and Supply Chain industries . This is a high-volume recruiting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys connecting great people with great opportunities. What You'll Do Source, recruit, and screen candidates for high-volume Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Distribution, and Transportation positions Conduct phone and in-person interviews and assess candidates for job fit Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and present qualified candidates Manage onboarding, employment documentation, reference checks, and compliance requirements Support DOT requirements when recruiting commercial drivers Assist with weekly timecard collection and payroll accuracy Maintain accurate ATS records and meet established recruiting KPIs What We're Looking For 2+ years of recruiting experience , preferably in the Staffing industry Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, or Logistics recruiting experience preferred Strong sourcing, communication, and phone skills Excellent organization and a strong sense of urgency Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual Spanish is a plus Comfortable learning new technology and recruiting systems What We Offer $55,000–$65,000 base salary + uncapped commission Full benefits and 401(k) with company match Opportunity to Hybrid Schedule at a future date Career advancement and unlimited growth potential Opportunity to help build and grow a brand-new Edison market Supportive, collaborative, and recognition-focused culture Spectra360 is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectra360
