Job Summary:

As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing leadership to our dedicated nursing staff. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide guidance and support to nursing staff

• Assess residents' conditions, develop and implement care plans, and ensure accurate documentation

• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and activities

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed by the state of PA as a RN

• Current CPR certification (or certified within 90 days of hire)

• Other certifications may be required for certain areas of the organization
