Responsibilities In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and clients, develop and organize evidence, manage discovery, draft key legal documents, coordinate expert witnesses, and ensure cases are thoroughly prepared for trial. Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of litigation experience , exceptional case management skills, strong analytical abilities to evaluate case value, and outstanding communication skills. A high level of proficiency with case management systems , document management platforms, e-filing systems, digital records, and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
