The Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing demand generation strategies and campaigns, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue, and using data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.

WHERE YOU’LL WORK

This position will work hybrid from our Burlington, MA or Leawood, KS offices. Remote candidates will be considered.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Develop demand generation campaign strategies with Product Marketing and Marketing leadership for key campaigns. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Growth, and Brand teams on go-to-market execution and customer journey. Lead campaign through execution.
• Analyze and assess the effectiveness of B2B marketing efforts across campaigns and channels using reports and dashboards. Partner with the analytics team to conduct in-depth analysis and attribution reporting to address opportunities and risks. Oversee A/B testing to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Provide regular reporting and insights on demand generation efforts to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation. Partner with the Marketing Operations and Lifecycle teams to build and manage lead nurturing and lead scoring programs.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations to ensure seamless lead handoff, alignment on lead qualification, and effective lead management processes. Facilitate pipeline reviews, maintain sales and marketing playbooks, monitor lead-to-revenue conversion, and incorporate feedback and trends into demand generation strategies and campaign optimization.
• Continuously partner with the Product Marketing and Brand team to continuously optimize and improve demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
• Led end-to-end project management of demand generation campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams across Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Growth, and Brand teams to deliver on time and drive pipeline growth.
• Develop and lead account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, targeted engagement programs, and integrated campaigns designed to increase engagement, accelerate priority opportunities, and generate pipeline within strategic accounts.
• Keep abreast of technologies, industry developments, and competitor activities that would inform and enhance demand generation strategy. Partner with Marketing Leadership, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations to assess the value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing Leadership, Product Marketing and budget owners on demand generation strategy, including annual planning, forecasting, and inputs for budget allocation.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelors degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalency required
• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation roles
• High proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM platforms
• Experience with marketing automation, lead management, attribution reporting, and sales and marketing technology platforms
• Strong understanding of the digital customer experience and eagerness to leverage innovative and disruptive thinking to enhance demand generation programs
• Knowledge of the education and/or healthcare market a plus
• Experience with deep involvement with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations
• Excellent analytical skills; ability to synthesize diverse data sets into actionable insights to drive business decisions
• Ability to thrive in high accountability environments where marketing contributes to and is charged with driving growth
• Strong presentation capability, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

HIRING RANGE

The current full-time, annualized base pay hiring range for this role is $84,500.00-$120,780.00. In accordance with applicable state laws, we are providing the expected pay range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, current business needs and local market factors. Most regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in an Ascend incentive bonus or sales plan.
