Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Previous home health experience required.
• Familiarity with OASIS documentation, home health regulations and Conditions of Participation required.
• Experience with functional assessment, fall prevention, ADL/IADL training, home safety evaluations, adaptive equipment recommendations, and care coordination with other disciplines required.
• HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase EMR) experience required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Unrestricted Occupational License in the state of practice required.
• Bachelor‘s Degree required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
• Shift hours: 0800-1600.
• Productivity expectation: 24 points.
• No on-call or weekend requirement.
