Memory Care CNA/Caregiver – Join Our Compassionate Senior Care TeamAspen Alcove at Clinton is looking for compassionate, dependable Memory Care CNAs and caregivers to join our growing team. If you have a heart for seniors, enjoy working with individuals living with dementia and memory loss, and want to work in a supportive environment where your work truly matters, we'd love to meet you.This is more than just a job-it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide comfort and dignity to residents, and make a positive impact every single day.What You'll DoAs a Memory Care Aide, you'll work closely with our MedTech and care team to provide hands-on support and ensure our residents receive compassionate, individualized care throughout their day.Assist residents with all activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, mobility, and personal hygieneAssist the MedTech with resident showers and other hands-on care needs throughout the shiftProvide meal assistance, including escorting residents to meals, meal setup, cueing, and hands-on feeding assistance when neededProvide patient, compassionate care to residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other forms of memory lossUse reassurance, redirection, and positive communication techniques to support residents experiencing confusion, anxiety, or behavioral changesEncourage residents to participate in activities, socialization, and meaningful engagement throughout the dayAssist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and other mobility needs while maintaining resident safetyMonitor residents closely and promptly report physical, emotional, cognitive, or behavioral changes to the MedTech or nursing teamComplete routine resident checks and accurately document care providedFollow individualized service and care plans to support each resident's unique needs and abilitiesHelp maintain a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming Memory Care environmentCommunicate respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, and fellow team membersFollow HIPAA, infection control, and facility safety proceduresParticipate in ongoing training and team development, including dementia and memory care educationWhat We're Looking ForCNA certification preferred, but not requiredPrevious Memory Care, dementia care, assisted living, or caregiving experience is a plusMedTech experience is a plusCurrent CPR/BLS certification preferredCurrent Food Handler's PermitCompassionate, patient, dependable, and comfortable working with residents with varying levels of cognitive impairmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and use positive redirection when residents are confused, anxious, or experiencing behavioral symptomsAbility to safely assist residents with transfers, mobility, repositioning, and other physical care needsA genuine desire to help residents maintain dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of lifeWhy Join Our Team?Supportive and team-oriented environmentMeaningful work that makes a daily differenceOpportunity to build genuine relationships with residentsFlexible scheduling optionsOpportunities to learn and grow in senior careOngoing Memory Care and dementia-care experienceCompetitive pay based on experiencePosition DetailsJob Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRNShift: Morning Shift, 8-hour shifts availablePay: $16.50–$18.00 per hour DOEAt Aspen Alcove, we believe exceptional Memory Care starts with caregivers who lead with patience, kindness, and respect.
