Fund Accountant

Hybrid (three days onsite) - Livingston, NJ Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Job Summary Our US Fund Solutions group is seeking a Fund Accountant or Senior Fund Accountant. The candidate will manage multiple client deliverables ensuring superior client service, including fund administration services provided to private equity funds. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements and support schedules (GAAP and other basis) Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and prepare and distribute letters Prepare NAV calculations Investor and compliance reporting Daily client interaction Matrix reporting structure for client services Qualifications and Experience BS degree in Accounting is required One to three years of experience as a Fund Accountant in Private Equity Working knowledge of US GAAP Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges) Able to multi‑task and perform tasks under strict deadlines Professional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Job Information Job Identification: 15884 Job Category: Client Services Posting Date: 05/07/2026, 06:14 PM Job Schedule: Full time Locations: 251 Little Falls Dr., Wilmington, DE, 19808, US (Hybrid) #J-18808-Ljbffr Corporation Service Company
