Staff Nurse Special Care NurseryHourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.Position Highlights:Sign On Bonus: $25,000 for candidates with at least 18 months of experience within Special care nursery clinical specialty (with parameters)Special Care Nursery is a level 2ELocation: Elmhurst, ILFull Time 36 hoursHours: Nights 7 PM - 7 AM rotating weekends and rotating holidays requiredA Brief Overview: The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
