Program Overview Our International Graduate Programme is a one‑year fast‑track management program for recent graduates and alumni. You will spend 12months in two countries and complete three assignments in different departments – e.g. Investment, Finance, Leasing and other functional areas. The program is designed to give you a strong foundation in real‑estate business fundamentals and international work experience. Responsibilities Participate in cross‑departmental assignments to develop business fundamentals in real estate. Build a professional network while gaining international work experience. Qualifications Hold a master’s degree from a top‑ranked business school or university. Show strong analytical, financial and communication skills. Display an entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity and a willingness to contribute new ideas. Possess first experience working or studying abroad and a clear ambition for an international career. Command of business‑level English and German (fluently). Other Languages are a plus (French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Polish).
