Programme Structure Months 1‑4: Mastering the Foundations Your journey begins as a sales associate on the shop floor. You’ll learn the core of what makes UNIQLO unique—customer focus, attention to detail, efficiency. Customer service & fitting rooms Deliveries & replenishment Checkout & omni‑channel services Months 5‑6: Step forward Take the lead. As a supervisor, you’ll begin leading daily operations, training colleagues, and owning sales performance. Daily scheduling & team coordination Training & working alongside newer team members Ownership of a key product category Months 7‑12: Driving the Business Think bigger. In your final stage, you’ll take on broad operational responsibility alongside your Store Manager. Sales floor layout & optimization Staff development & training plans Store audits & maintaining brand standards Weekly scheduling based on sales projections Monitoring sales KPIs and managing inventory Responsibilities Lead with purpose from day one Develop and manage a diverse team Maintain high customer service standards Analyze sales data and drive performance improvements Navigate crisis situations and respond to people needs What You Will Gain By the end of the UMC Programme, you’ll emerge with a powerful mix of business, operational, and human leadership skills.
