Property Accounting Manager - Lead Close & Compliance

Avenue5 Residential in Seattle seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee property accounting for multiple properties and to collaborate with property and regional managers to ensure accurate, timely financial execution. This role drives month-end and year-end closes, develops controls and procedures, and supports audits.
