Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position. Shifts Available: Evenings 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Every Other Weekend) Wage Range: $27.89 - $36.26 per hour (based on experience) Bonus: $10,000 for Full-Time. Location: 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Long Term Care work experience required
• Strong data collections skills.
• 2 years of LPN experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
