Food safety knowledge; local/municipal Food Handler certification obtained at your own expense. As an associate, you will be required to uphold a high standard of integrity and ethics in order to comply with all company policies. We also require associates to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and coworkers, especially in our open‑kitchen setting where you will regularly interact with individuals of all ages.
