About You

• Has hands‑on experience, is detail oriented, enjoys technical challenges, and spends time with others.
• While green industry experience is not required, a degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, or equivalent experience is preferred and will accelerate learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and support your assigned sales territory.
• Spend time with clients and prospects to diagnose and monitor landscapes, estimate jobs, and provide estimates for the work to be completed.
• Act as the trusted advisor for property owners and become integral to the health and safety of the environment you serve.
• Set up crews, validate that work is performed, and ensure jobs are completed to client satisfaction.
• Obtain referrals, network, and develop new business.
• Participate in community and industry events such as presentations to horticultural associations, garden clubs, trade shows, and community organizations.
