Has hands‑on experience, is detail oriented, enjoys technical challenges, and spends time with others. While green industry experience is not required, a degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, or equivalent experience is preferred and will accelerate learning. Responsibilities Develop, grow, and support your assigned sales territory. Spend time with clients and prospects to diagnose and monitor landscapes, estimate jobs, and provide estimates for the work to be completed. Act as the trusted advisor for property owners and become integral to the health and safety of the environment you serve. Set up crews, validate that work is performed, and ensure jobs are completed to client satisfaction. Obtain referrals, network, and develop new business. Participate in community and industry events such as presentations to horticultural associations, garden clubs, trade shows, and community organizations.
