Reporting to the Director, Clinical Operations & Strategy, the  Senior Program Manager, Dedicated Workplace Teams is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for owning the operational design and delivery of a dedicated workplace program for a strategic customer. You will translate customer commitments, clinical and operational needs, and program performance into measurable outcomes and scalable operating mechanisms. This is a build-and-run role: you will diagnose complex problems, determine the right methods and plans, align senior internal and customer stakeholders, lead execution across interdependent workstreams, and strengthen the systems that sustain results. This is a full-time, remote role. Travel is required and is expected to be up to 20-30%.

What you'll do:

• Own the end-to-end operational strategy and execution for a dedicated workplace program, translating customer goals, program performance, and internal constraints into clear priorities, success metrics, and delivery plans
• Lead complex, cross-functional workstreams across Clinical Operations, Customer Success, Analytics, Product, Marketing, and other partners; independently determine the approach, drive decisions to closure, and deliver durable outcomes
• Establish program health mechanisms - including performance dashboards, operating cadences, decision and RAID logs, dependency tracking, and escalation paths - so leaders can manage proactively and the customer experience remains reliable
• Analyze program performance and stakeholder feedback to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities; develop evidence-based recommendations and lead the implementation of improvements
• Design and implement scalable processes, workflows, governance, and tools that improve execution, accountability, readiness, adoption, and the member and customer experience
• Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior customer and internal stakeholders, adapting communication and recommendations to influence complex decisions and balance customer needs with operational realities
• Lead customer readiness and change-management efforts for program launches, new ways of working, and material changes, including communications, enablement, feedback loops, and adoption measurement
• Own executive-ready business reviews and program narratives that clearly communicate performance, insights, risks, tradeoffs, decisions needed, and expected impact
• Anticipate downstream risks and dependencies, surface tradeoffs early, and drive practical mitigation plans through resolution
• Codify lessons learned into reusable playbooks, operating standards, and frameworks that strengthen the Dedicated Workplace Teams model over time

What success looks like in this role:

• Deliver against customer commitments and measurable goals, with performance, risks, and priorities visible to the right leaders
• Convert complex cross-functional work into clear decisions, accountable plans, and reliably executed outcomes - even when the path is ambiguous or stakeholder needs compete
• Build trust from leaders and customer stakeholders to view the program as strategic, organized, responsive, and grounded in data
• Improve program performance through durable operating mechanisms, not one-time fixes; processes, tools, and governance create stronger execution, adoption, and accountability
• Identify and resolve issues before they become customer-impacting problems, balancing immediate needs with the long-term health and scalability of the program

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, implementation, customer delivery, strategy and operations, or similar cross-functional roles
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing or operational programs from problem definition through execution, including independently determining methods and driving results across multiple work-streams
• Strong analytical and operational judgment; able to evaluate multiple variables, identify root causes, define success metrics, and turn data and feedback into clear recommendations
• Proven ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders, reconcile competing priorities, and drive decisions without direct authority
• Experience building scalable operating mechanisms - such as program cadences, dashboards, governance, workflows, tools, playbooks, or change-management plans - rather than only executing an established process
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop concise, executive-ready narratives and customer-facing materials
• Track record of proactively identifying risks, navigating ambiguity, and delivering practical, durable solutions in fast-moving environments
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, employee benefits, SaaS, or another complex B2B service environment is preferred
• Experience with enterprise customers, dedicated or onsite programs, and travel of up to 20-30% is preferred

The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $131,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
