Job Description As a Security Officer Bilingual Patrol Specialist in Pomona, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Allied Universal officer at a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 02:30 PMTue07:00 AM - 02:30 PMFri07:00 AM - 02:30 PMSat07:00 AM - 02:30 PMSun07:00 AM - 02:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing information with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to post instructions. Support daily location operations by assisting with closing procedures, monitoring high-traffic areas, and providing visible security-related presence during busy business hours. Minimum Requirements: Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
