General Labor - Material Handler Regular Full-Time Calhoun, GA, US Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our manufacturing leadership team as a General Laborer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, physical labor, and the ability to work well in a team environment and ensure the production process has a continuous and steady flow of the production of molded rubber goods. This is a very labor-intensive role that works in all types of weather, moving, lifting, and lacing all types of tires from passenger car to semi-truck tires. Duties and Responsibilities: Stack finished products on pallets Loading trucks Moving, loading, and lacing all forms of tires Work in all weather conditions Collaborate effectively as a team Required Skills/Abilities: Operate within a plant environment that includes extreme cold and heat; work near moving mechanical parts. Work around moderate to loud noise levels, particularly in the production area. Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Stand for 9 hours a day, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and perform repetitive movements such as reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, or crawling.
