- Lead, mentor, and develop associate veterinarians and clinical teams across assigned local locations to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

- Serve as the responsible veterinarian for required permits and ensure compliance with controlled substance management and applicable regulations.
- Partner with practice management to achieve medical and operational goals, enhance client experience, and improve workflows.
- Guide onboarding and experiential learning for newly hired veterinarians, supporting growth in surgery, dentistry, and general practice.
- Provide clinical services part of the week, including preventive care, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery.
- Support recruitment efforts and act as a positive presence within the local veterinary community.
- Manage medical equipment needs and inventory in collaboration with leadership. Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active license (or eligibility) to practice veterinary medicine in Arizona
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Proven clinical competency in general practice, dentistry, and surgery
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, engage, and retain veterinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
