Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in snow and ice control equipment, is seeking a Welder 1st to join their dedicated team. As a Welder 1st, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $22

Shift: MondayThursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM + overtime on Fridays

What's the Job?

• Perform set-up and MIG welding on a variety of weldments and structures
• Follow written job instructions, standardized methods, and use fixtures/jigs
• Set up, operate, and adjust welding machines to produce high-quality components
• Manufacture weldments and blades for commercial snow and ice control products
• Maintain quality standards and take ownership of finished products

What's Needed?

• Minimum 3 years of welding experience (MIG required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Welding Technology Degree or Technical Diploma preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and quality
