Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to explain how Allstate policies can help protect their homes, vehicles, and families.
• Review existing policyholder accounts to identify coverage gaps and offer solutions that better meet their current needs.
• Process new insurance applications with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Answer questions from current customers regarding their bills, coverage changes, or claims status.
• Participate in local community outreach efforts to raise awareness of our agency and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain organized records of all client interactions to ensure a smooth and helpful service experience.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency, retail industry, or any other customer-facing sales role.s is a plus.
• Strong comfort level with computer systems and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent conversational skills and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
