Managing client deliverables, the full-time Integrated Media Manager will ensure timely project execution and quality assurance for multiple smaller clients in a hybrid work environment, coordinating internal and external meetings while tracking progress and resolving issues. Key responsibilities Oversee timely delivery of client commitments through effective project management Coordinate meetings, produce documentation, and prepare for quarterly business reviews Prioritize work-streams and manage resources to meet quality assurance standards and budget constraints Required qualifications 2+ years of project management experience in a client-centric organization Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions and multi-product client management Expert proficiency in Monday.com Project management qualification Demonstrable experience in setting and following quality assurance processes
