Students who move through the entire process (to ACC GROW Associate III) evolve professionally, have increased earning potential, and are better prepared to meet the contemporary demands of Central Texas employers. Position Purpose The ACC GROW Associate III position is designed for advanced student employees who have demonstrated strong performance and competency growth in prior GROW roles. At this level, students take on greater independence and leadership in their assigned departments, often supporting special projects, training new team members, or optimizing workflows. Through continued mentorship and guided reflection, Associates III deepen their professional expertise in communication, leadership, and digital fluency, while contributing strategically to department goals. Job Description The ACC GROW Associate III position emphasizes mastery and mentorship across the eight NACE Core Career Competencies: Career & Self-Development Model proactive career management through advanced goal setting, professional networking, and self-directed learning aligned with post-graduation pathways. Communication Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication across platforms; may assist in drafting reports, creating digital content, or presenting updates to internal stakeholders. Leadership Lead or co-lead small teams or initiatives, providing peer coaching, constructive feedback, and accountability for deliverables.
