With more than 500 locations across the U.S. and Canada, Hand & Stone is a leader in the membership-based spa industry. As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you're a huge part of the energy of our spa. You'll welcome guests, build relationships, recommend memberships and services, and help create the kind of experience that keeps clients coming back. What You'll Do Meet and exceed individual and team membership sales goals Build genuine relationships with members and guests Create an outstanding experience from the moment a client walks through the door Confidently communicate memberships, promotions, products, and service options Learn our full menu of services – we'll teach you everything you need to know! Answer phones and schedule appointments Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front desk Support spa cleanliness and operational standards Bring your own personality, energy, and style to the team Support your teammates and celebrate their wins Take ownership of your goals and actively work toward achieving them Perform additional duties as needed to keep the spa running smoothly What Makes Round Rock Different You get to be yourself.
