Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (rate discussed upon application)
• Weekly Pay: Direct deposit

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient Urology consultations and follow-ups
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Rounding on patients (approximately 2-4 inpatients) and managing outpatient visits
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurses, and clinicians to ensure quality patient care
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Participate in call rotation and emergency coverage as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state regulations

What You Need:

• Valid Pennsylvania Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience in Urology, surgical, or outpatient care preferred
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
