• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department

• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC (60-90 day timeframe) for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday, and could consist of a mix of 8's, 10's, and 12's
\n
• Case Mix: Neuro/spine, OB (CRNA's need to be able to administer epidurals), Ortho, Urology, GI & General. No trauma No Peds. Robots, endo, general, spine, breast, bariatric, ortho, EP. OB (CRNA's need to be able to administer epidurals). No hearts.
\n
• # of OR's: 16
\n
• Support Staff: 1:4 care team model at both locations, and physicians
\n
• Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA
\n
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
\n
• Active VA License: Highly preferred at time of submission
\n
