We have full-time and part-time openings on all shifts for Restaurant Crew Members at Caf Yumm! PDX International Airport in Airport Concourse C in Portland, OR.

Preference will be given to those available for sunrise shifts, specifically 4am-12pm, which qualify for the shift differential described below.

Wages & Benefits for All Team Members:

• Starting base wage $17.93/hour plus $9.22/hour in tips (based on a 12-month average of hourly tips from 4/1/2025-3/31/2026).
• +5% of base wage sunrise shift differential for any shifts started before 4:55am. Applied to the whole shift.

Crew Members are entry level positions, but advancement opportunities are available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn all stations in the restaurant: cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food preparation, grill/salads, starts/hot bar.
• Set high standards of consistency in food preparation and cleanliness, and work steadily.
• Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative.

Job Requirements:

• 16 years of age or older.
• Possess "can do" attitude.
• Arrive on time for every shift.
• Sufficient command of the English language to be able to read and understand the POS system.

Education and Experience:

• Possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler's Permit.
• Possession of either a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.
• Experience as a server, cook, cashier, host, or equivalent related experience is preferred.
