• Location: On-Site (Mount Olive, NJ) – 100% On-Site Requirement
• Position Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire
• Target Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 Base Salary (Commensurate with experience) + Benefits

Position Overview

PrideStaff is currently seeking a high-caliber Senior Manager / Director of Client Service Administration for a newly created leadership opportunity with a premier B2B distribution and manufacturing organization in northern New Jersey. Working directly alongside corporate executive leadership, this high-touch role combines strategic leadership with hands-on enterprise account management.

The ideal candidate brings a proven background in B2B corporate client services, executive administration, and strategic account execution within distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments. In this position, you will directly own and grow key strategic client relationships while driving operational workflow enhancements across the client services

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: Directly manage and maintain a designated portfolio of high-touch, high-value corporate client accounts, serving as their primary executive point of contact.
• Executive Partnership: Work directly with Poyee to align client service administration strategies with broader corporate growth, operational goals, and account retention targets.
• Corporate Client Operations: Drive end-to-end client administration, ensuring seamless order execution, proactive communication, contract adherence, and rapid resolution of complex account escalations.
• Process Enhancement: Develop and refine standardized workflows for corporate account onboarding, client reporting, and cross-functional administrative support.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales teams to guarantee accurate product availability and on-time delivery schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5–10+ years of progressive corporate client service, account management, or client administration experience within B2B distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain/logistics sectors.
• Client-Facing Acumen: Proven track record of personally managing high-touch, complex corporate client accounts with strong relationship-building skills.
• Industry Familiarity: Deep understanding of B2B distribution workflows, order-to-cash processes, supply chain logistics, and client administrative operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP/CRM software systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
• Work Style: Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced executive environment.
• Logistics: 100% on-site presence in Mount Olive, NJ (5 days per week).
