National Title Coordinator

A national title company is seeking an experienced National Title Coordinator to manage high-volume, multi-state title transactions outside of New York. This role requires strong independent ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively manage files across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate national title transactions across multiple states
Manage title searches, commitments, policies, and closing requirements
Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and escrow teams
Manage high-volume national files while meeting deadlines
Ensure compliance with multi-state regulations and requirements
Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout the transaction process

Ideal Qualifications:

Hands-on experience coordinating national title transactions outside of NY
Strong knowledge of multi-state title processes and requirements
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Proactive, self-driven, and solutions-oriented
