You will help shape how we operate.What You Will DoMarketing Performance & InsightsOwn digital marketing performance reporting across channels (website, paid media, organic social, email)Build and maintain dashboards and executive-ready reports to track KPIs and campaign effectivenessTranslate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance and customer engagementPartner with marketing teams to optimize campaigns and full-funnel performanceRevenue & ROI AnalyticsConnect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomesAnalyze Salesforce data (leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, revenue) to measure marketing impactHelp leadership understand where marketing is driving measurable business valueData & Audience ActivationPull and manage audience data from Salesforce Sales Cloud to support Marketing Cloud journeys and campaignsSupport segmentation, targeting, and campaign execution through clean, actionable dataData Foundation & AI EnablementSupport efforts to structure and centralize data within Michelin’s data lake (CDL)Partner with data and technology teams to connect marketing data for advanced analytics and AI use cases, including Agentic AIIdentify opportunities to automate reporting, insights, and workflows using AI and modern toolsContribute to building scalable, future-ready analytics capabilitiesCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate across marketing, sales, BI&A, and global teamsPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadershipAct as a trusted partner to drive better, data-informed decisionsWhat You Will Bring3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related fieldStrong understanding of marketing performance measurement and customer journeysProven ability to connect marketing activity to revenue and business outcomesTechnical & Analytical Skills (Not All Required)Power BI (preferred): dashboard creation, automated reporting, and semantic model knowledgeSalesforce + SQL/SOQL: ability to pull, structure, and analyze CRM and revenue dataPython/RStudio (preferred): data manipulation, automation, and large dataset analysisDatabricks (strong plus): using Python/SQL to work with enterprise data lake dataCloud AI platforms: experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP (AI/ML services and deployment patterns)LLMs & Agentic AI: familiarity with AI agents, automation, and tools like LangChainData platforms: experience working with enterprise data lakes (e.g., Azure Data Lake)Excel: strong skills in data analysis, pivot tables, and formulasSoft Skills & LeadershipStrong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present to leadershipExcellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across teams and culturesCurious, humble, and open to feedbackComfortable working in ambiguity and building new processesStrong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives forwardJoin Us!If you want to grow your career, join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and real business impact.
