About This Opportunity We have an immediate opening for an on-site closing professional who takes pride in creating exceptional client experiences. You'll work directly with our managing partner, guiding closing operations from start to finish. This senior-level role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact in a firm that values expertise and excellence. Pre-Closing Excellence Carefully prepare preliminary HUD statements and Closing Disclosures with accuracy Efficiently resolve title issues by coordinating payoffs, HOA letters, and surveys Work collaboratively with lenders, buyers, sellers, and agents to ensure smooth transactions Closing Leadership Compile thorough closing packages while maintaining clear, proactive communication with all parties Balance settlement statements with lenders and thoughtfully coordinate closing schedules Pay close attention to every detail to ensure successful closings Post-Closing Mastery Handle disbursements and work alongside attorneys to verify document accuracy Manage e-recording, issue final title policies, and complete all post-closing procedures with care Maintain well-organized file management and handle annual 1099‑S filings Conduct thorough reviews to catch any inconsistencies before they become issues Team Leadership & Client Service Serve as the office lead and mentor for team members Provide warm, professional client service from first contact through final closing Help coordinate schedules, packages, and day-to-day office operations Who You Are / Our Ideal Candidate Has 10+ years of combined pre‑closing, closing, and post‑closing experience Qualia platform expertise to work efficiently in our digital environment Strong title background with First American Title experience Current Notary Public certification Proven experience with both traditional homebuyer and investor transactions (including hard money loans) You Excel At: Sharp Attention to Detail: You naturally catch errors and inconsistencies before they become problems Thoughtful Problem‑Solving: You analyze challenges and develop smart solutions quickly Clear Thinking Under Pressure: You assess complex situations and make sound decisions independently Outstanding Communication: You communicate clearly with clients, lenders, and team members Efficient Prioritization: You manage competing demands and keep everything moving smoothly Leadership: You enjoy helping team members grow and succeed What We Offer Competitive Compensation Package Salary up to $75,000 DOE Comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Generous Paid Time Off and holiday schedule Direct collaboration with the managing partner and experienced attorneys Leadership opportunities within a growing firm Supportive team culture that genuinely values your expertise and contributions Bonus Qualifications Experience with Probate and/or Estate Planning (Fiduciary Law) is a plus, but not required.
