Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to establish each client's mental health history, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment results, ensuring clear goals and measurable interventions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and coordinated care.

• Participate in case reviews and team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment strategies and share insights into client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment updates in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
