Account Manager Supply

Account Manager – Trane Technologies As an Account Manager you will develop and maintain customer relationships to drive revenue growth for Trane and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities Generate budgeted sales, manage mix and pricing to meet margin goals and grow market share in the assigned territory. Develop and execute a tailored account business plan to ensure a strong, profitable partnership. Identify customer problems or needs and create dynamic action plans to address them. Analyze market opportunities and sales data to drive strategy. Attend sales meetings and report activity, new account development, service and promotion updates. Travel daily within the territory, including occasional overnight trips. Qualifications 4+ years of business development experience; an associate’s degree is acceptable but not required. Proven sales performance and client relationship management. Experience with CRM/Salesforce systems is preferred. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for at least 12 months. Compensation Annual base salary range: $90,000 – $177,590. Compensation includes incentive eligibility and may vary by location, experience, and merit.
